Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
Is your child struggling - at home, at school, in social settings?
Do they have difficulty sustaining attention or making friends?
Do they seem depressed or anxious?
Are you getting reports from worried teachers or friends?
You are not alone in this journey and I am here to help!
There are so many pressures and expectations on children and teenagers which can begin to take a toll on their mental health.
Often times there are life circumstances - divorce, grief, changing schools or friend groups- that can cause disruptions in a child's life.
There may be learning differences or symptoms of ADHD that create stress or anxiety at school or home.
Your child may be trying out new things- riskier decision making, experimenting with drugs/alcohol, or withdrawing from their family or friends.
Therapy can be a helpful tool if your family or child is experiencing any of these things, and TOGETHER we can work toward a healthier, safe, and emotionally strong life for your child!
